Lamont Johnson

Founding Partner, Attorney Recruiter

Lamont Johnson is a founding partner at Elm and Broad and is the firm’s lead attorney recruiter. Mr. Johnson will focus on the recruitment and placement of attorneys at various points in their careers.  Mr. Johnson is a 2004 graduate of Rowan University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice Studies and he received his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2008.  Mr. Johnson’s passion is helping others and is always looking to use that passion when he is afforded the opportunity to help a candidate make a career change.
